Jim Barnes has been actively involved in Northern California Development Land since 1993 and has been President of JDC Barnes since 1997. Throughout his career, he has been one of the top Land Brokers in the Sacramento area with well over $300 million in land sales. During the past decade, he has cultivated numerous relationships and earned the trust of the largest Developers and Home Builders in the state with his approach of providing large brokerage information and market knowledge while giving his clients a more personalized service.
